You can customise your firm's branding in Smartr365 to match your company's visual identity. This controls the colours, logo, and favicon displayed throughout the platform and the client portal.
Steps to change branding
Ensure you have a System Administrator role.
Navigate to Settings > Branding in the left-hand navigation bar.
On the branding settings page, you can update the following:
Primary Colour -- used for buttons and key UI elements.
Accent Colour -- used for highlights, focused fields, and interactive elements.
Logo -- your company logo displayed in the navigation bar and client-facing areas. The logo must be under 100KB and in JPEG, PNG, or GIF format.
Favicon -- the small icon shown in the browser tab. This is optional and accepts JPEG, PNG, or GIF format.
Click Save to apply your changes. The new branding will take effect immediately across Smartr365 and the client portal.
Good to know
Colour changes update buttons, form highlights, calendar pickers, and selected items platform-wide.
If you do not upload a favicon, the default Smartr365 icon will be used.
