We've updated how new leads are added and shown in Smartr365- Now, when clients connect with you through your custom URL, QR code or APIs they won't be added as a case, and instead will show in 'Leads'.
We've done this to make allocating leads much easier and quicker if your brokerage receives a lot from multiple sources as anyone can now go in and allocate leads out. This change will also make keeping your Kanban clean easier as you only need to convert leads you want to work with into cases.

The leads screen contains all of the new leads that have been generated through your brokerage QR codes or via an introducer. Everyone at your brokerage can view this page and can convert new leads to cases.
New leads will show information which will help you in deciding if a new lead is worth converting. The leads names will appear as well as their phone number and the date the lead was created, finally the mortgage amount will also be shown.
Below this you will find more information which is relevant to the applicant. This will show the type of buyer e.g. first time buyer as well as if the case is a joint application and the income of the applicants.
If the lead comes from a specific introducer QR for an adviser this will appear with the advisers name and the introduce will appear below.
How do I convert a lead?
To convert a lead, click the convert button, a dialogue will appear which will allow you to select which adviser the lead will go to.
Once the lead has been assigned the case will appear on the cases page.
