Downloading the Import Template
The first step to import your data is to download the import template. The template is a blank spreadsheet that contains the allowed headers and one example of pre-filled data. Before uploading your data, make sure to delete this example. We will guide you on how to find the template.
Here are the steps to access the import template:
All users on the Smartr365 platform now have the ability to import mortgage cases.
To access this new feature, go to Settings and then Data import.
Click on the "+Create New Import" button.
Select "Launch Import Wizard" and then choose "Download template" from the bottom menu.
From this page, you can download a .csv template file.
