We are pleased to announce the integration with Nationwide through SmartrConnect. The integration of Nationwide’s API solution with the Smartr365 platform means you can now submit customer Decision in Principle (DIP) applications for a Remortgage without needing to rekey data in the Nationwide portal.
Initially available for the Remortgage journey, the use of SmartConnect will save you up to one hour per application by automating a time-consuming process. Once a customer has entered their personal data into the digital Fact Find on Smartr365’s HomeBuyer app at the beginning of the application journey, you can visit the SmartrConnect section within your case to retrieve a decision from Nationwide. From there you can also push the case through to NFI Online, with all details pre-populated, where you can proceed with the case, get the DIP certificate and move the case to Reserve Product.
