Smartr365 creates ability for System Admin to edit completed mortgage cases!
Make edits to your Completed Mortgage Cases
Smartr365 has released the ability for System Admin users to move completed cases back on the Kanban. This will allow brokerages to manage updates and edits to the mortgage cases internally without risking compliance.
Moving a case back from Completed status will impact the following:
The remortgage opportunity will be removed.
The dashboard and reporting will be updated, including Introducer reporting on their dashboard.
The existing property for the client will be updated. If the mortgage case was a purchase, then the property is removed from the Existing Mortgage Fact Find section.
A note is added to the case indicating when and who move the case from Completed.
Only System Admin users have this capability.
Other improvements in this release
We fixed a bug in the Fact Find where joint applicants who owned properties individually where not showing up consistently for brokerage users.
We updated the user journey for clients who were remortgaging or raising funds on an existing property, and finding the address field locked on their Fact Find. This is now editable and clients fill in the address for the property.
