This week we have released several minor improvements to improve the Smartr365 platform experience. Find out more below and be sure to check out the new improvements in the Smartr365 platform!
Session time outs on platform
We have been made aware of sudden mid-session log outs for some users. Our engineers have isolated an issue with Safari and Incognito Google chrome browsers, where the browser automatically blocks the refresh mechanism to keep users logged in. We have updated the platform to alert users when this is the case. An error message will show in red at the bottom of the screen which will explain that pop ups have been blocked.
To allow pop-ups, follow these steps:
Click on the icon near the top right of the screen, where the search bar or url of the site is entered.
Select the option to allow pop ups
The user will be prompted to log in every 45mins
Using other browser types will avoid this issue.
Enhancements to the Smartr365 platform
We have updated the Hometrack valuation emails, which are sent out to clients every 3 months for completed mortgages. To turn this on for your brokerage:
Log in as a System Admin user
Go to Settings, then Branding
Select Yes for quarterly valuation emails.
Solution Builder has a specific list of occupations which must be selected for Protection sourcing. Our engineers have updated this so that its cached in the background, meaning the platform should be faster as it is not calling this information regularly.
Twenty7Tec file names have been updated to account for special characters. This was causing issues when lenders included special characters in their file names, as users were sometimes experiencing issues viewing and downloading them.
A Product Transfer bug for Twenty7Tec was causing an error if you had selected a lender in the FactFind – this has now been fixed.
We have improved our notifications error handling to reduce popups shown to users.
We have improved our notes portal – now when you email a note to a client, the notes log includes the name of the client who was sent the note, along with the time/date. This is particularly useful when there are joint applicants.
Since the clocks went back, we noticed that the SmartrTalk video meeting invites where not showing the correct time. We have fixed this so the time is shown accurately.
