How to View and Upload Documents as a Client

Overview

The Documents section of the Client Portal lets you view, upload, and download documents related to your mortgage or insurance case. Your adviser can share documents with you here, and you can upload any requested documents directly.

Getting Started

Where to find it: Log in to the Client Portal and click Documents in the navigation menu.

Viewing Your Documents

  1. Navigate to Documents.

  2. If you have more than one product, select the product from the dropdown.

  3. Documents are grouped into categories such as Financial Documents, Identity Documents, etc.

  4. Click on a category to expand it and see the documents inside.

Uploading Documents

  1. Click the Upload button.

  2. Choose the document category and type.

  3. Select the file from your device.

  4. Click Upload to submit.

  5. Your adviser will be able to see the uploaded document.

Downloading Documents

  1. Find the document you want to download.

  2. Click the download icon next to the document name.

Acknowledging Documents

Some documents may require your acknowledgement. When you log in, you will be prompted to review and acknowledge these documents before proceeding.
