This article explains what to do if text in Smartr365 case notes appears too small or difficult to read.
Overview
Smartr365 uses a standard font size for case notes and other text areas throughout the platform. There is no in-app font size setting. However, you can adjust how text appears using your browser's built-in zoom and accessibility options.
How to Increase Text Size
Using Browser Zoom
In your browser, press Ctrl + Plus (+) (Windows) or Cmd + Plus (+) (Mac) to zoom in and increase all text and content on the page.
Press Ctrl + 0 (Windows) or Cmd + 0 (Mac) to reset zoom to the default (100%).
Most browsers allow you to set a per-site zoom level — right-click the zoom percentage in the browser address bar to set a default for Smartr365.
Using Browser Accessibility Settings
In Chrome: Go to Settings → Appearance → Font size, and increase the default font size.
In Edge: Go to Settings → Appearance → Fonts, and adjust the font size slider.
In Firefox: Go to Settings → General → Fonts and Colors → Advanced, and increase the minimum font size.
Using Operating System Display Settings
Windows: Settings → Ease of Access → Display → Make text bigger. This increases text size system-wide.
Mac: System Preferences → Accessibility → Display → Increase contrast or cursor size. For text, adjust resolution under System Preferences → Displays.
Notes
Smartr365 does not have an in-platform font size control — browser and OS settings are the supported method for adjusting text size.
If case notes text is unusually small compared to other parts of the platform, it may indicate the notes area has been accidentally zoomed or the browser zoom level is not at 100%.
