To add a new case (client) as an adviser, you need to follow these steps:
1. Click on the 'Add New Case' button located on the top left of the screen. This button is represented by a plus sign icon.
2. After clicking on the button, a pop-up form called 'Add New Case' will appear on the screen.
3. In the form, you need to select the product type for the case. You can choose between Mortgage or Protection. This selection determines the type of financial product the client is interested in.
4. Next, you need to specify the application type for the case. You can choose either Single or Joint. This selection determines whether the application is for an individual or a couple.
5. Additionally, you have the option to add a note to the case. This note is for internal use and can be used to provide any relevant information or details about the case.
6. You can also use the 'Offer Qualified' checkbox to mark the lead as qualified. This checkbox is optional and can be used to indicate that the lead meets certain criteria or requirements.
7. After filling in the necessary information in the form, you will be prompted to enter the mandatory personal details of the applicant. These details include the first name, last name, email address, and mobile phone number. If it is a joint application, you will also need to provide the same details for the second applicant.
8. Additionally, you need to select a referrer (introducer) for the lead. The referrer can be one of the following options: Introducer, Client, or Adviser. This selection determines who referred the lead to you or who the lead is associated with.
9. Once you have entered all the required information, you can assign the case to an adviser. This step involves selecting an adviser from the available options.
10. After completing all the necessary steps, the new case will be successfully added. You can then select items on the client to do list such as complete fact find, verify identity, add bank statements or add credit report.
Following the steps listed above will add a new client to the system.
