If you want to prevent your filters from resetting, you can follow the steps outlined below:
On the Cases page, click the "Show/Hide" filter button (on report pages this button is labelled "More").
Select the option to remember filters and apply.
By doing so, the filters you set for the current session will be saved and applied each time you access the filters.
