This guide explains the fields in the dependants section of the fact find.
Fact Find > Applicant Details > Dependants
You can record dependants for either or both applicants.
To add a record, click the ‘+ Add Dependant’ button under the desired applicant.
To edit an existing record, click the pencil icon to the right of the dependant.
To delete an existing record, click the bin icon to the right of the dependant.
Clicking ‘+ Add Dependant’ will open the form to record dependant details. Once all visible fields are completed, select ‘Save’ and the record will be added.

Clients
This option is available for joint applicants. You can select either or both applicants by clicking on the applicant name(s).
Date of Birth (DD/MM/YYYY)
Selecting the little calendar icon will allow you to select the DOB from a calendar pop up. Enter the dependant’s date of birth.
Relationship Type (Client / Spouse / Partner / Civil Partner / Son / Daughter / Relative / Elderly Relative)
Dependant for Whole of Life? (Select ‘Yes’ or ‘No’)
Selecting ‘No’ will pop up an additional field to record the ‘Estimated Number of Years remaining that they will be dependant’.
