You can preview any document directly within Smartr365 without needing to download it first. The Document Store includes a built-in preview feature accessed via the eye icon.
Steps to preview a document
Open the relevant case and navigate to the Documents tab to open the Document Store.
Expand the relevant document category to find the document you want to preview.
Click the eye icon on the right-hand side of the document row. This opens a preview dialog within the browser.
What you can do in the preview
View -- The document is displayed inline so you can review its contents without downloading.
Print -- You can print the document directly from the preview window.
Download -- If you need a local copy, you can download the file from the preview dialog.
Supported file types
Most common document formats are supported for preview, including PDFs and images. If a file type cannot be rendered inline, you will be prompted to download it instead.
