In order to ensure business protection, it is necessary to perform an ID check. To do this, please proceed directly to the GBG Id3 Global portal and complete the ID check process.
After completing the ID check, you will need to manually upload the ID document into the document store located in the Identity folder.
Additionally, it is required to perform a sanction-only ID check on Smartr365 to pass the ID validation when submitting an ENBS (Electronic New Business Submission). Failure to do so will result in an error on ID validation when changing the case status to pre-offer processing for ENBS submission.
