Why can I see two cases, one for each applicant in the workflow?
Why can I see two cases, one for each applicant in the workflow?
Updated over 4 months ago

On Smartr365, each applicant is stored separately to ensure that the information collected during the fact-finding process can be carried over if you need to handle a Sole mortgage or protection application for them in the future. This means that for joint applications, you will see two boxes in the Workflow, each with the name of one of the applicants. When you update the status of an application by dragging one of the boxes, the status of the second applicant will automatically be updated as well. This allows for efficient tracking and management of joint applications on the platform.
