Video: A walkthrough of the DIP and FMA journey for employed clients.
We are excited to announce that we have launched our new NatWest DIP and FMA Remortgage journey for employed clients. Through this journey, you can now submit Decision in Principles (DIP) and Full Mortgage Applications (FMA) for remortgage applications through Smartr365 without needing to visit the NatWest portal.
You can source NatWest products through 27Tec, SourcingBrain, and L&G Ignite before submitting the FMA. Once you have successfully submitted a DIP or FMA, Smartr365 will automatically save the documents in the Document Store.
You can also view the results at any time after submission through SmartrConnect - NatWest.
Please note: The current authentication is for advisers only. NatWest only allows the broker to submit business on behalf of the customer.
