What Experian offers within Smartr365
The Experian integration in Smartr365 allows advisers to:
Run credit reports directly from within a case, without leaving the platform.
Review credit data and compare it against the client's fact find information.
Import data -- Where differences are found between the credit report and the fact find, you can select which data source to use and update client records accordingly.
How to check your remaining credits
You can view your firm's Experian credit report usage and remaining credits from the top toolbar within Smartr365. If your credits have run out, new reports cannot be generated until your allocation is topped up.
Client consent
Before running an Experian credit report, the client must provide consent. Smartr365 manages this through a consent request workflow -- the adviser initiates the request and the client approves or declines it. A report can only be generated once consent has been received.
