This week we've made a few key improvements to the platform. We've added some new fields to the mortgage form, new product types to Life Insurance needs, as well as a few other smaller improvements. Check out the latest updates from this release below.

Updated Mortgage Form
We've made some improvements to our Mortgage form based on your feedback.
We have further improved the Mortgage form by separating information that may be populated to sourcing in the Mortgage Information section. A new section below, Mortgage Case Information will include details of the recommendation including data pulled back from sourcing (or manually added).
Protection - More Life Insurance Needs
We've added other types of Protection cover to the Life Insurance Needs including: Repay mortgage on death, Provide for Dependants on death, Repay mortgage in the event of serious illness, and Provide an amount in the event of serious illness.
Experian
We now display the following error when Experian is unable to verify the user or provide a credit report for them, 'Experian have been unable to provide a credit report for your client. Please advise your client to contact Experian directly. You will not be charged for this credit check.'
Email - Send emails from System Admin or Broker
As a system administrator, manager or admin assistant, you now have the option to send an email from yourself or the individual broker on the case so that you can choose who the email comes from. This feature can be accessed from the Cases screen.
New Improvements
We've added the Equity share scheme and related repayment date fields to the Mortgage form.
We've also added the Discounted Purchase Price.
We've added new options to the Additional Product Type list including 'Genuine Bargain Price' and 'Restricted Resale'.
We also now display a Field Error message in SmartrConnect where a user has not selected a valid Title option for that lender integration.
Sesame specific improvements
GBG: When an identity check has not been performed or is over 90 days old, we now display a message on the Verify Identity page.

We also resolved the following bugs:
We have resolved an issue for Openwork advisers where the SourcingBrain code sent to ConcertHub was differing from the code expected to be sent over
We've resolved a bug where the Repayment type fields Interest Only & Part & Part reflexive fields were displaying at the bottom of the mortgage form instead of in the top section
We've resolved an issue for Sesame advisers where the custom validations were not triggering properly on Home Insurance and Protection cases
We've resolved an issue for Existing Properties where 'Does this Property have a mortgage' was being reset to 'Yes' when linked to (Raise Funds) Mortgage
We've resolved a bug with the Experian service where users were not able to preview and download the Credit report in Document Store for an applicant in a joint applicant case.
We've resolved a bug with the SmartConnect page where the clients income was swapped on joint case
We've resolved a bug with the Mortgage form, where new case data was not updated without refreshing the page
We've resolved a bug with the Sourcing Page where an error was displayed on the Sourcing Page
We've resolved a bug with SolutionBuilder mapping back to Smartr365 where no protection case was found
We've resolved a bug with the Document Store Word Documents where the Document view was not working and the button was slow
We've resolved a bug with the Client Portal where the Credit history reflexive fields values were not saving unless the page was refreshed
We've resolved a bug with the Client Portal where the General Employment section was failing to save
We've resolved a bug with the Smartr | OpenWork | Case Referral tab where we were showing the details of the adviser the case has been referred to
We've resolved a bug with the Address history section not getting updated with the previous addresses data received from Experian
We've resolved a bug with the Mortgage page where the Remortgage date was mandatory at Pre Offer Processing
We've resolved a bug where the Home Insurance accordions were disappearing when custom validation error links were clicked
We've resolved an issue where the Mortgage Amount Outstanding and Current Mortgage Repayment were not being populated where the remortgage opportunity was created on completion of the case
We've resolved an issue where the client was unable to acknowledge documents in the Client Portal
We've resolved an issue with the Openwork Network page where the Adviser details weren't updated when switching Case
We've resolved an issue for our Experian service where the call to action buttons disappearing
We've resolved an issue where CCJ and Arrears weren't mapping from the Experian credit report into Smartr365
We've resolved an issue where the joint document changed to single wasn't changing to preview
We resolved an issue where an error pop up was displayed after the toast message for 'Credit report generated successfully' was shown.
