Getting setup with Uinsure

Firstly, you will need to create your account with Uinsure. This can be done directly on the Uinsure website via https://uinsure.co.uk/register/. The process only takes a few minutes and Uinsure will be in touch to get your account setup and provide you with a username and password for each Adviser.

Once you have your username and password credentials for Uinsure, these can be entered within the ‘My Credentials’ section of Smartr365 under the ‘Settings’ section. Enter the details and click ‘Save’ at the bottom of the page. This needs to be completed for each Adviser account on Smartr365 that would like to use the Uinsure integration.

You are now ready to begin sourcing insurance quotes for your home buyers through Smartr365 and Uinsure.

UinsureCX

If you would like to use the UinsureCX referral system, your ‘System Admin’ must first login to Smartr365 and visit the UinsureCX page under their ‘Settings’. Once they accept the terms and conditions, all Advisers within your firm can now submit referrals using UinsureCX.

From this same page, the ‘Super Admin’ can also set if UinsureCX is to be enabled automatically on all new Mortgage cases created. When this is enabled, all new Mortgage cases created from this day on will have UinsureCX automatically enabled from the start. Note that this will not apply to any existing cases already in-flight. These will all remain disabled and you can choose on a case-by-case basis if you would like to begin the referral by using the widget on the Case Summary screen.
