How to send a referral to Uinsure using UinsureCX
How to send a referral to Uinsure using UinsureCX
Updated over 4 months ago

Before we start, ensure that all Adviser accounts on Smartr365 have entered their Uinsure username and password details via the ‘My Credentials’ section. Also ensure that your 'System Admin’ user has read and accepted the Fine Print of UinsureCX found under the Settings menu on Smartr365. More information can be found here.

Now that the terms and conditions have been accepted and you have your credentials saved, you can begin referring cases across.

On the Case Summary screen of your Mortgage cases you will find the UinsureCX widget in the bottom right corner. This is where you can select if you would like this Mortgage case to be referred to Uinsure and also where you can track the status of the referral once submitted.

When you enable UinsureCX on a case:

  • We’ll submit the Client, Property and Mortgage details from the Fact-Find.

  • If the Mortgage case is not yet at ‘Pre Offer Processing’ then the referral will patiently wait to begin. It will automatically begin once the Mortgage case reaches Pre Offer. It can be disabled at any time before Pre Offer and this will not be submitted to Uinsure.

  • If the Mortgage case is ‘Pre Offer Processing’ or any later stages, the referral will submit immediately.

  • As you progress the Mortgage case through its lifecycle, these statuses will automatically be sent to Uinsure if the referral is still active. You don’t need to do anything extra.

Once the referral has been submitted to Uinsure, you will be able to track the progress from this same widget. If you need any additional information, this can be accessed by logging into uinsure.co.uk
