Hometrack valuation emails are no longer sent from Smartr365, so there is nothing to turn off. The Hometrack option is no longer shown on the Branding settings page.
If your clients are receiving property valuation emails, these are the Quarterly Valuation emails, which use Rightmove valuations. To stop them:
Click Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.
Select Email Reminders.
On the Quarterly Valuation card, switch the toggle to Off.
Click Save changes.
Things to know
This setting applies to your entire firm -- it cannot be configured per user or per client.
Only users with the System Administrator role can access the Email Reminders page.
If you wish to turn the emails on again later, return to the same card and switch the toggle to On.
