How does a client sign up to the portal?

When you send an invitation to your clients to complete the fact-find, they will receive an email with a link. This link will take them to a page where they can sign up and access the client portal.

To start the client login process, they will need to sign up using the email address associated with their case. Once they sign up, a verification code will be sent to the phone number provided in the case details.
