Clients log in to Smartr365 using your firm's custom URL (for example, yourbusiness.app.smartr365.com).
First-time login
When a client visits your custom URL for the first time, they will need to create an account:
The client enters their email address on the login page.
They click Sign Up Now to begin registration.
A verification code is sent to their email address.
They enter the verification code and set up a password.
Once registered, the client can log in using their email and password going forward.
Returning login
For subsequent visits, the client simply enters their email and password on the same custom URL to access their portal. From there, they can complete their Fact Find, upload documents, and track the progress of their case.
Troubleshooting
If the client has forgotten their password, they can use the Forgot your password? link on the login page to reset it.
Make sure the client is using the correct custom URL for your firm. The URL is specific to your business.
