New Features

In this release, our team has dedicated their efforts to enhance the overall performance of the platform and resolve various bugs. We are also excited to introduce our new MFA Authenticator App option.

Multi-factor Authentication

System Admins now have the option to change the Advisers MFA preference to the Authenticator App. This means advisers can access Smartr365 via Authenticator App while out in remote locations.

Tasks

On the Tasks page, 'Tasks assigned to me' are now showing by default

Performance

- We've implemented caching for certain pages with high usage to reduce platform load times and improve performance
- We have added more retries for protection documents to load from Solution Builder

Other

- We have added new Self Employed fields to 'Current Employment' in the FactFind including Company Name and Company Telephone Number
- We have changed the Notes icon to Tasks via the Workflow Kanban as we work towards upgrading the Workflow Kanban experience
- The Bulk uploads table is now ordered by newest first by default
- We have deprecated high-level Tax Year fields and Year End Date fields and added them per each Financial Year to send to lenders

Bug Fixes

- We resolved an issue with the NatWest FMA submission where the preview Mortgage Application directed users to to bottom of the preview page
- We resolved an issue where a 404 error was appearing when clicking Unsubscribe from an email
- We resolved an issue with the Client Portal where there was an Error when changing Has Offer Accepted from Yes to No
- We resolved an issue with the Client Portal where the 'Save' and 'Cancel' buttons weren't working as expected on 'Add' forms
