Release Notes - 1 March

Today, we've launched the following updates:

- Advisers and clients can now add and delete the client's current residential address.

- We have masked the client's bank account details in the Adviser Portal, Client Portal and Network Case Review Portal.

- We have reinstated the navigation in Smartr365 so you can access UserVoice using single sign-in and our knowledge base.

- On the Case Summary screen, the contact number and DOB are now black for clearer visibility.

The following issues have also been resolved:

- Resolved an issue where the second applicant wasn't visible on the case picker and client pill for Protection cases unless page refreshed

- Resolved an issue where the benefits were linked to incorrect clients

- Resolved an issue where the case status wasn't updating

Release Notes - 15 March

Today we've made some improvements to Notes, including:

- You can now Expand Notes to half of the screen size and shrink it back. You can do this using the top right 'Expand' icon next to Close.

- You can now view edited and deleted notes on download

- Managers & Admin Assistant roles also now have the same access as System Administrators to Edit and Delete Notes

We've also made several other improvements including:

- The top menu navigation has been reinstated. You can now visit our Help Centre through the navigation and click into UserVoice and vote for ideas without having to create an account or login.

- We've added two new fields, "Interest Only Amount" and "Repayment Amount" to the Existing Properties and Mortgages sections.

- We've added two new fields, "LSAP" and "What will your LSAP repayment amount be?" to the Mortgages Source of Funds section.

- The Network Case Review Portal now shows the client's current residential address.

The following issues have been resolved:

- We resolved an issue with Demands and Needs where the Second applicant's demands were missing unless the page was refreshed

- We resolved an issue with Demands and Needs where there was an error after adding second applicant to case

- We resolved an issue with Demands & Needs page broken after navigating to Protection Policies or Existing Cover

Other fixes:

- We resolved an issue where the Mortgage form was returning an error and the data was not being saved

- We resolved an issue where case info coming back from SolutionBuilder was duplicating benefits

- We resolved an issue where the Invite email function was copying (CC) deleted case advisers

- We resolved an issue with Twenty7Tec where there was an exception error when adding a product to a case

- We resolved an issue where the Source of deposit LSAP: required field error message was not showing a Min and Max amount

- We resolved an issue with the status change from the Case Summary with missing mandatory fields

- We resolved an issue where changing the task filter quickly was causing duplicates

- We resolved an issue where the Task was being removed from view when edited

- We resolved an issue where an error was showing where an existing client is added

- We resolved an issue where the Shared FactFind was not being shared

- We resolved an issue where the Mortgage fees Paid Date wasn't saving on the first attempt
