Smartr365 Insights Power BI Reporting - Mortgage Cases Table
We have added three new fields into the Smartr365 Insights platform which will be displayed on your reports from 3rd March 2023 in the Mortgage Cases table.

1. Additional Mortgage Metadata [Rate Type]
The fields are related to Additional Mortgage Metadata [Rate Type] which is available to all users via the [Additional Mortgage Metadata] table as a field. See snapshot below:

2. Mortgage Cases [Mortgage Variable Rate] – this is a decimal value field (e.g., 2.75 )
Related Platform field - When you select Rate Type = Variable, out of the three available: Rate Type: 1 = Fixed, 2 = Tracker, 3 = Variable, this field will be shown to be populated. To allow you to enter the variable rate value of the total mortgage application.
Usage in Reporting – You can add this field to a Mortgage Rate table as shown in the sample below, to help with the variable rate value of mortgages.

3. Mortgage Cases [Variable Rate Type] – this is a Boolean value field (e.g., Standard or Discount)
Related Platform field - When you select Rate Type = Variable, out of the three available: Rate Type: 1 = Fixed, 2 = Tracker, 3 = Variable, this field is shown as an additional field immediately below Rate Type. To allow you to enter the variable type of the mortgage by selecting Standard or Discount.
Usage in Reporting – You can add this field to a Mortgage Rate table as shown in the sample below, to help calculate the value of mortgages that are interest only along with those with a Rate Type = Variable

4. Mortgage Cases [Interest Only Amount] – this is a currency value field (e.g. £10,000.00)
Related Platform field - When you select Rate Type = Part & Part, this field is shown as an additional field immediately below Rate Type. To allow you to enter the interest only value of the total mortgage value.
Usage in Reporting – You can add this field to a Mortgage Rate table as shown in the sample below, to help calculate the value of mortgages that are interest only along with those with a Rate Type = Interest Only

Minor Bug Fixes

  • Resolved an issue on the Data Import causing a 'Missing Adviser' on some cases. If the Advisers name or email address is provided in the Data Import then the Adviser will now be assigned correctly.
