New Tasks Functionality
At Smartr365 we’re always looking for ways to make it easier for you to be more efficient - that’s why we’ve enhanced our Tasks functionality so that you can create, edit, assign, delete and complete tasks with the click of a mouse. Viewing of Tasks has been improved to allow sorting by due date, task creator and task assigned to. There is now also improved visibility on previously completed or removed tasks.
This extra functionality will help you and your team track tasks so that you can make sure your clients are receiving a world-class service!

Uinsure Improvements
Once an insurance application has been completed with Uinsure, the ‘Add to Case’ functionality is available to automatically populate the Home Insurance case with the policy details and download all available documents to the Document Store. Following recent improvements, these values will now also be updated:
Insurer
Start Date
Procuration Fee (Commission Rate)
On the ‘Sourcing’ (or Uinsure) page within Smartr365, the summary table of all Uinsure quotes for the case will now display the correct ‘Cover Type’ for each quote.
Minor Bug Fixes
Building Type and Other Benefits on Home Insurance cases are now displayed on the Fact-Find
