Buildings & Contents renamed to Home Insurance

Previously Buildings & Contents had lived under the ‘Protection’ section on Smartr365 but can now be found under its own section on the menu titled ‘Home Insurance’. This is to support further developments and improvements on the overall General Insurance experience on Smartr365 in the upcoming releases.

New fields available

  • Within the ‘Credit History’ section, a new question is available to capture if a Client has ever been refused a loan or mortgage. If yes is selected, a free text field appears to capture any further information.

  • Within the Mortgage section when Residential is selected, a new question is available to capture if there will be any occupants in the property not directly related to the applicant. If yes is selected, a free text field appears to capture any further information.

  • Within the ‘Protection Policies’ section, two new fields are available to capture the Premium Payment Frequency and the Application Date.

New values available

    • Within the Existing Property section, a new selectable value has been added to Tenure – Feuhold.
