Additional Buildings & Contents fields and improvements
The Buildings & Contents form has been expanded and improved to allow further details to be captured about the insurance advised and automatically pull in the property details if previously entered as part of a Mortgage case in Smartr365.
Additional fields added with a split between ‘Buildings’ or ‘Contents’
Residential or Buy-to-Let insurance added with further Buy-to-Let fields to be added in future release.
Multiple selection allowed of ‘Other Benefits’
Auto-population of new property fields if completed as part of an existing Mortgage case. Property Type, Bedrooms, Year Built.
Minor bug fixes & improvements
Resolved an issue where Advisor were unable to view or amend any existing Pensions or Investments for a Client if they were transferred the case.
Within the Smartr365 ‘Branding’ section, a file size limit has been set on uploading any new business logos to 100kb.
