Case ID numbers
A unique case number is now displayed for all case types within Smartr365 to help with case identification and management. The case number will be displayed in the cases drop-down menu within your Client as shown in the screenshot below.
The search functions on the ‘Cases’ and ‘Kanban’ sections of Smartr365 will support searching for the new case numbers to help return a speedy search result.
Minor bug fixes & improvements
When selecting ‘Other’ for your Lender, you will now be prompted to enter the name of the Lender. This will also display on the Fact-Find.
Resolved an issue where the ‘Salary’ value was not pulling into Sourcing Brain for Self-employed or retired types.
