Size of Kanban board increased with clients sorted by follow up date
The quantity of clients listed on your Kanban board has now been increased with the default sorting set as follow up date ascending. This will ensure you are able to locate and track more cases, with the most urgent appearing at the top based on the follow up date assigned.
Limited Company
Added fields to capture ‘Limited Company’ details during the fact-find when ‘Buy-To-Let' and ‘Non-Regulated’ are selected.

New fields added to the fact-find
Added fields to capture ‘Accountant Details’ when a client selects that they are ‘Self-employed’.
Added a field to capture if the property is a ‘HMO or House share’ when ‘Buy-to-Let' is selected.
Added 'Arrangement Fee' and 'Arrangement Fee Added to Loan Amount (Y/N)' to the ‘Mortgage Information’ for a client.
Added ‘Private Medical Insurance’ as a selectable option for a clients ‘Policy Type’ when completing their ‘Existing Cover.’
Minor Fixes/Issues
Changed the ‘Invoice Number’ and ‘Network CaseId’ fields to be editable when the case is in a closed status.
Relocated the ‘Regulated/Unregulated’ selection option to appear below the ‘Residential/Buy-to-Let' selection option once ‘Buy-to-Let' has been selected when creating a new mortgage.
Resolved an issue where System Admins were unable to delete cases in the early stages.
Corrected the status updates displayed when the Client is in the process of verifying their digital identify. The status was showing as ‘Verification Failed’ on the advisor portal, this will now display as ‘In Progress.’
