Mortgage reports provide you with all the tools you need to understand your mortgage metrics such as your commission being made and more.

This guide will provide a brief explanation of each of the mortgage reports. All of the images in this article can be viewed in full screen by right-clicking and selecting open image in new tab.

Mortgages Written Report

This report calculates the sum of an adviser’s Written Mortgage. This includes NPW cases. Where the NPW case is copied, the copied case is included in the report.

Cases are displayed here from the date the mortgage was moved into Pre-Offer Processing.

Mortgages Completed Report

This report calculates the sum of an adviser’s Completed Mortgage.

Pipeline Report

This report tracks an adviser’s Written Mortgage, Offered Mortgage and Completed Mortgage. For Written Mortgage and Offered Mortgage, NPW cases are included. Where the NPW case is copied, the copied case is included in the report.

The written column on this report includes cases from Pre-Offer Processing, Valuation Instructed and Valuation Received.

Conversion Rate Report

This report tracks an adviser’s mortgage conversion rates. NPW cases are included where applicable. Where the NPW case is copied, the copied case is included in the report.

Remortgage Opportunities Report

This report shows upcoming remortgage opportunities by month, by the set remortgage contact date.
