Using Reports in Smartr365
Overview
Reports in Smartr365 give you a detailed view of your business performance across leads, mortgages, protection, and referrals. You can filter, generate, and export reports to track adviser performance, pipeline progress, and introducer activity.
Getting Started
Where to find it: Go to Business > Reports from the main navigation menu.
Who can access it: Access to individual reports depends on your permissions. Your administrator controls which reports you can see.
Available Report Categories
Business Reports
Introducer Lead Flow — Shows the number of new leads introduced by Introducers for a selected date range.
Lead Origin — Shows where your leads come from, broken down by introducer.
Activity — Shows the number of products in each status for a selected date range.
Introducer — Provides a detailed update for Introducers on the status of leads they have provided.
Adviser Conversion — Tracks an adviser's mortgage conversion rates.
Total Written — Calculates the sum of Written Mortgage and Written Protection commission.
Product Breakdown — Shows the breakdown of different product types with commission.
Product — Shows the product flow for each product type.
Mortgage Reports
Mortgages Written — Sum of an adviser's Written Mortgage.
Mortgages Completed — Sum of an adviser's Completed Mortgage.
Pipeline — Tracks Written, Offered, and Completed Mortgage by case.
Conversion Rate — Tracks conversion rates through mortgage process stages.
Remortgage Opportunities — Shows upcoming remortgage opportunities by month.
Protection Reports
Protection Written — Sum of an adviser's Written Protection.
Protection Completed — Sum of an adviser's Completed Protection.
Referral Reports
Valuable Client Referrers — Your most valuable Client Referrers ranked by commission.
Mortgage to Protection Team — Number of referrals from Mortgage Team to Protection Team.
How to Generate a Report
Navigate to Business > Reports and select the report from the left-hand menu.
Set the required filters (Date Range, Finance Type, Advisers, Introducers).
Click Generate Report.
If no data matches your filters, a "No Results" banner will appear.
Exporting Reports
Most reports support CSV download. After generating a report:
Click the actions menu (three dots) to the right of the Generate Report button.
Select Download CSV.
Note: The export option requires the "Allow Client Data Export" feature to be enabled for your firm.
Big Screen Mode
Big Screen mode displays reports on a large monitor, automatically cycling through selected reports every 15 seconds.
Navigate to Business > Reports > Big Screen.
Click the gear icon to choose which reports to include in the rotation.
Tips & Best Practices
Use the Clear Filters button to reset all filters before generating a new report.
The Remortgage Opportunities report uses the Remortgage Contact Date field — make sure this is set on your cases.
For the Introducer report, you can choose to exclude confidential information when downloading.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: Why can I not see certain reports?
A: Report visibility is controlled by permissions. Contact your administrator to check your access rights.
Q: Why does my report show "No Results"?
A: No data matches your selected filters. Try broadening your date range or removing specific filters.
Q: Why can I not see the Download CSV option?
A: The export feature requires the "Allow Client Data Export" setting to be enabled. Contact your administrator.
