📂 Collated Document Upload Notifications

We’ve improved the document upload notification experience.
Now, when a client uploads multiple documents, the adviser will receive a single, consolidated notification rather than one per file. This reduces notification overload and makes it easier for advisers to stay focused on what matters.

🗑️ Notifications: Clear All & Individual Deletion

Managing your notifications is now much simpler.
You can now:

  • Clear all notifications with one click

  • Delete individual notifications as needed
    This helps you keep your Smartr workspace tidy, especially when working with multiple clients and shared cases.

🔍 Search Bar for Case Filter Dropdowns

We’ve added search functionality to the following filter dropdowns in the Cases view:

  • Adviser filter

  • Introducer filter

Statuses filter

This makes it quicker and easier to find the specific filter value you need—no more scrolling through long lists.

🏠 Applicant Address Now Shown on Protection & Home Insurance Leads

To improve data visibility, the applicant address is now included when a Protection Lead or Home Insurance Lead is converted into a case.


When viewing the Fact Find → Address History section, you will now see:

  • Applicant 1’s full address (Line 1, 2, 3, Postcode)

  • Applicant 2’s full address if it is a joint case.

This ensures advisers and administrators have full address details available during the protection or insurance journey.

💷 Smart Currency Exchange: Adviser Notification Enhancement

We’ve enhanced the Smart Currency Exchange integration in the Client Portal.
Now, when a client answers ‘Yes’ to the question ‘Is any part of the deposit not currently in GBP (£)?’, the adviser will automatically receive a notification.
This ensures advisers can take the appropriate next steps promptly.
