The latest system updates from Smartr365

In this release we have focused on;

New Features

  • We’ve renamed the Source of Funds additional info box to Further Information (including plausibility of source of deposit/wealth).

  • We’ve updated the Employee Benefits question and answer from a checkbox to Yes and No options.

  • We’ve added a new 'Valuation Date' field to Smartr. This field also carries through to reporting.

  • We now display Deleted adviser information on the case summary page to transfer to another adviser

  • We've added a Mortgage Type column to the Pipeline report csv file.

  • We’ve added a Total Net Monthly field for self-employed clients.


Sesame Only Updates

Document Templates:

Networks can publish templates to every firm in their network

  • As a network, you can now publish templates directly to all firms in your network. Firms can choose to use your templates or make a copy of the template to add their own content.

Network firm system admins can now copy a network or general template to make their own version

  • As a firm within a network, you can copy network templates to make your own version. This means you can easily create a template and edit it for your business’s needs.

You can now spell-check your Document Template and Document (Proofing, Spelling)

  • We have added a new Spell-check feature under the ribbon item, Proofing. This is available for System Admins via Document Templates and Documents for Advisers.

Openwork Only Updates

We’ve hidden the Add Insurer button for Just Mortgages and Openwork.

When an error occurs, the user can click on the link to go directly to ConcertHub.

Bug Fixes

  • Resolved the issue where the Document Preview was not visible in both adviser and client portal document stores.

  • Ignite: Addressed the file import failure occurring due to excessively long filenames.

  • Corrected the mapping discrepancy for the New Build field when the property subtype is 'New Build' and the 'Year Built' value is entered as greater than 2 years.

  • Eliminated the bug causing the deletion of merge fields from document templates during preview.

  • Successfully fixed the credit report generation issue on the second attempt, ensuring the 'Run credit search' function operates without error after entering the correct details.

  • Resolved the intermittent visibility problem of the Request Credit Search Consent button when advisers create a new case and proceed to the Credit History page.

  • Addressed the omission of cases in the Mortgage Completed Report's Summary section.

  • Reports: Updated the Adviser Conversion Report to reflect accurate dates.

  • In the Client Portal, ensured that Bonus, Commission, and Overtime entries require frequency selection before saving.

  • Fixed the issue where the Net Monthly Salary was not being saved to the database in the Client Portal.
