How can I edit or update information on a completed case?

To update information on a completed case you will need to move the case back to a previous stage specifically before pre offer offer processing.

NOTE - Only System Admin users can move a case from completed to in flight.

There are two ways to move a case back to a previous state.

You can move a case back by opening the Kanban and dragging the case to a previous stage.

The second method to move a case to a previous stage is to open the cases page and select edit mortgage.

Click the dropdown to change the case status and select save.

Your case will now be editable again!
