Add your client's Demands and Needs & Quote in Solution Builder

We have added several new protection features in Smartr365.

Now you can:

Add Demands and Needs and use them to source a quote in Solution Builder

Demand and Needs added in this section will now automatically create associated benefits in SolutionBuilder avoiding rekeying of data.

FAQs

I'm trying to include an Accident, Sickness, and Unemployment need and it won't let me select it, why is that?

You cannot include Accident, Sickness and Unemployment needs in a Solution Builder quote. Any needs that cannot be pre-filled into a Solution Builder quote will not allow you to click on them.

I'm trying to include multiple types of needs in my prefilled quote in Solution Builder, why can't I add these?

There are certain needs that cannot be added together to prefill a quote in Solution Builder. This is why you are unable to click on them.

What cases are visible in the Existing Case Dropdown?

When using pre-population to Solution Builder, you can choose to create a new case to use for your quote, or to use an existing case.

If you entered the Demands & Needs page from a joint case, and have joint needs selected, then only cases which are for both Joint Client are visible.

If you entered the Demands & Needs page from a joint case, but only have selected needs for a single client, then only cases for that single client are visible.

Additionally, only cases which are -

  • Not NPW

  • Not Existing Cover

  • Have a status of only New Lead, Call Back & Meeting

are visible in the dropdown

To note โ€“ If an existing case is used to quote, and then pulled back into Smartr from Solution Builder, this will overwrite any existing case data.
