Quick Sourcing lets you search for mortgage products and rates without needing to open or create a case first. It is ideal for checking current market rates, comparing lender products, or running early exploratory searches before formally advising a client.
How Quick Sourcing differs from in-case sourcing
When you source from within a case (via the Top Toolbar > Sourcing tab), the sourcing platform can pre-populate client and property data from that case. Quick Sourcing works independently of any case, so you enter search criteria manually.
Accessing Quick Sourcing
Click Quick Sourcing in the left-hand navigation bar.
You will see the sourcing platforms available to your firm, which may include Legal & General Ignite, Sourcing Brain, and Twenty7Tec.
Click on your preferred platform to launch it.
Requirements
Your user account must have the View Sourcing permission.
The sourcing platform you wish to use must be configured with valid credentials. If a platform card appears greyed out, ask your System Administrator to set up the credentials under Settings > My Credentials.
For Legal & General Ignite, your firm also needs a valid FCA Number configured under Settings > Legal & General Ignite.
