How to access & source through Twenty7Tec

  • First you will need to have purchased sourcing when signing your contract with us here at Smartr365.

  • Once you have communicated that you would like Twenty7 Tec, we reach out to them to get your log in credentials.

  • If part of PRIMIS, we need to set up with a different email to the Toolbox integration.

  • Once received log in details, you will need to go into settings (as a system admin).

  • Go down to Twenty7Tec tab, enter your client ID, client Secret and encryption key.

    You can check this has integrated if you click on quick sourcing and for Twenty 7 Tec it should say ‘access now’, if this is not integrated correctly it will say ‘disabled’

Now that we can see our Twenty & tec has access now, this means it had integrated correctly.

To start using Twenty 7 Tec, you will need to go into a specific case you want to source for.

Again, we can see that Twenty 7 Tec has access now, so is integrated successfully.

Once you click Access now, it will show you evidence of research and previous search. You will then need to click source new.

This will then ask if you want to continue to a new tab, which will push you out of Smarttr365 and into Twenty7 Tec.

Then you may be asked to log in again, click stay signed in and it will remember you details, so you should only have to do this once.

After signing into Twenty7 Tec, the client’s name, date of birth, gender, and applicant type should pull over, it will also pull through the address information such as the property address, purchase price, loan amount and loan to value.

You then click search mortgages

This will then show you all the lenders, their rate type, initial period, revert rate, initial monthly payment revert, term, max LTV, ERC, total fees, cashback, APRC, duration & fees.

From here you choose the best option for your client and will get a quick loading page.

From here Twenty7 Tec then pulls through the information you have chosen for that client.

Check the details and then when you want to pull it back into Smartr365, click illustration at the top right.

This will ask you too recheck the information, then click generate illustration.

It then has another loading page, and then saves the document within your downloads.

This is how you know Twenty 7 Tec has pushed the information back to Smartr365.

We can now see that the 2-year Barclays Bank product we have sourced has been pushed back to Smartr365.

*Tip* Sometimes if the information doesn’t push back across, be sure to refresh on the far-right hand side and if the information has still not pushed back across it may mean you need to log out of Twenty7 Tec after sourcing the product, before going into Smartr365.

We then click on view product if we have decided with the client that this is the mortgage product they would like.

If this is the correct details and we want to apply and save it into the client document store, you would click Add to case. This will add the evidence of research and the illustrations into the document store.

Tick the boxes to import product, the evidence of research and the illustration to bring into the client document store.

You will know the evidence of research and illustrations are saved into the document store as they will then be time stamped.

You will then need to go into the document store and check both documents are there and then you will need to turn the visibility on for the client to see the document and if you want them to acknowledge the documents.
