These lenders support DIP applications through SmartrConnect for First Time Buyers, Residential Purchase and Remortgages for single and joint applicants.
Once you have completed the Fact-Find within Smartr365 and you are ready to pass this over to the Lender portal, visit the SmartrConnect page from within your Mortgage Case.
Select your chosen lender from the ‘Lender’ field and select the 'Mortgage Application Type' as 'DIP Pre Pop’.
The current criteria supported via the integration will appear for you to check if the cases falls within these requirements. Don’t worry if you are unsure as we have automatic validation in place before the submission to alert you should anything not meet the criteria.
Complete any of the additional questions that appear on the page.
When you are ready to submit, click the ‘Submit Application’ button at the bottom of your page.
Smartr365 will automatically check that all fields required from the chosen lender within your Fact-Find have been completed. If any are missing, these will pop-up on the sidebar for you to complete before the submission can be completed.
Once the submission is completed, the result will show on the right-hand side of your screen and link to follow which will take you to the lender portal. Note this link can be accessed only once and expires after 3 minutes. If you need to generate another link, please complete the submission again.
After being redirected by Lender Connect to the lender login page, login to the lender with your usual credentials.
Select payment route and click create case.
Select ‘Get a Decision’ to view the pre-populated case.
View the pre-populated case and fill in any gaps.
