Before we get started, make sure you have linked your Barclays account with your Smartr365 account from the 'My Credentials' section in your 'Settings.' You will need your Broker Reference Number that starts with 'B' and is usually around 9 characters long.

Once you have completed the Fact-Find within Smartr365 and you are ready to pass this over to the Barclays portal, visit the SmartrConnect page from within your Mortgage Case.

Select ‘Barclays’ from the ‘Lender’ field and select if you would like to begin a ‘DIP’ or ‘FMA’.

When you are ready to submit, click the ‘Submit Application’ button at the bottom of your page.

Smartr365 will then check all fields required from Barclays within your Fact-Find have been completed. If any are missing, these will pop-up on the sidebar for you to complete before the submission can be completed.

Once the submission is completed, the status will show on the right-hand side of your screen and give you a temporary reference number from Barclays. These usually begin with 613. Note this down so you can select the correct case within the Barclays portal.

Head over to your Barclays Intermediaries portal when you are ready and login as usual.

Once logged in, scroll down to the ‘Tools’ section and select ‘Submit an Application’.
