You can accept all suitability report tokens at once using the Accept All button at the bottom of the Suitability Report page, rather than clicking each token individually.
Steps to accept all tokens
Open the case and navigate to the Suitability Report section.
Select the template you wish to work with from the template dropdown at the top.
Scroll down to the bottom of the report.
Click the Accept All button. All unconfirmed tokens will be accepted and will turn blue.
Important: review before accepting
Before clicking Accept All, you should review the token values to ensure the data pulled from the fact find and case is accurate. Tokens reflect live client data -- if anything has changed since the report was last saved, you will see a message stating "Something has changed!" prompting you to re-validate.
After accepting tokens
Once all tokens are accepted (showing 0 fields remaining), the Preview and Finalise buttons become available. You can save a draft at any time, and finalising the report locks it for compliance purposes.
If you need to un-accept a token, simply click on it again to toggle it back.
