The Experian Bank Statements feature can be easily found on the tool bar located at the top of the case summary page.
From here, you can request bank statements from clients. By clicking Send invitation, the client will receive an email to provide their authorisation for you to access their bank details from Open-Banking.
Experian will gather all of their bank accounts and details. This information will be sent to Smartr365 in a Bank Statement PDF document and stored in the Document Store.
