Experian credit reports are stored in the Document Store under the Financial documents category.
How to find an Experian credit report
Open the relevant case.
Navigate to the Document Store from the left-hand navigation bar.
Look under the Financial category to find the generated credit report.
Running a new Experian credit report
If your firm has the Experian Credit Report service enabled, you can request a new credit search directly from within a case. The process works as follows:
A consent request is sent to the client.
Once the client accepts, you can run the credit search from the case.
The report is generated and saved automatically to the Document Store.
Fact Find auto-population
If your firm subscribes to the latest Experian service, credit report data will be automatically populated into the client's Fact Find. A comparison view lets you review differences between the existing Fact Find data and the Experian data before accepting changes.
