The Pensions page is located within the Fact Find section of a case.
How to access the Pensions page
Open the relevant case from your dashboard or case list.
In the left-hand navigation bar, expand the Fact Find section.
Under the Finances subsection, click Pensions.
This page allows you to record details of the client's existing pension arrangements as part of the Fact Find. Pensions sit alongside other financial product sections such as Mortgages, Protection, Investments, and Buildings & Contents within the Fact Find.
If the client has been invited to complete their own Fact Find, the Pensions section will also be available to them through the client portal.
