The Workflow page is located in the left-hand navigation bar of Smartr365.
How to access it
Look at the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click Workflow to open the Workflow page.
What you will see
The Workflow page displays all your active cases as cards arranged in columns (swimlanes), with each column representing a different case status. For mortgage cases, the statuses are:
New Lead
Call Back
Meeting
Decision In Principle
Pre Offer Processing
Valuation Instructed
Valuation Received Approved
Post Offer Processing
Contracts Exchanged
Completed
You can switch between Mortgage and Protection workflows using the filters at the top of the page. You can also filter by adviser and search for specific cases.
