The Cases page is located in the left-hand navigation bar of Smartr365.
How to access it
Look at the navigation bar on the left-hand side of the screen.
Click Cases to open the Cases page.
What you will find on the Cases page
The Cases page shows all of your cases in a list view. From here you can:
Search for a specific case by client name or case reference.
Filter cases by product type (Mortgages, Protection, Home Insurance, Pensions, or Investments), status, adviser, and more.
Sort cases by different criteria such as follow-up date.
Open a case by clicking on it to view the full case details, application form, and access tools like Sourcing, SmartrConnect, and Conveyancing in the Top Toolbar.
If you prefer a visual, column-based view of your cases grouped by status, use the Workflow page instead (also available in the left-hand navigation bar).
