The following guide provides step-by-step instructions on how to send a custom email template on Smartr365.
To begin, navigate to the cases page.
Next, select the client to whom you would like to send an email. You can do this by clicking the circle button on the right-hand side of the client information. If you wish to email multiple clients simultaneously, you can select more clients.
Once you have selected the client(s), locate and click the email icon at the top right-hand side of the page.
Within the email form, you will find a dropdown menu where you can choose a template for your email.
Feel free to edit the content of the email and modify the subject line as needed.
If you would like to preview the email before sending it, simply click the preview button located at the bottom of the page.
Finally, when you are ready to send the email, click on the 'send' button.
