Email templates in Smartr365 are managed through the Campaigns section, which includes a built-in drag-and-drop template editor.
How to create a new email template
Click Campaigns in the left-hand navigation bar.
You will see a list of your existing email templates. Click the Add Template button to create a new one.
Give your template a name and click Create.
The drag-and-drop email editor will open, allowing you to design your template with text, images, buttons, and layout blocks.
Your changes are saved automatically as you work. You can also close the editor and return to it later.
Things to know
Templates support merge tags -- dynamic placeholders that are replaced with client or case data when the email is sent (e.g. client name, adviser name).
Your firm's brand colours are automatically available in the editor's colour picker.
System templates (provided by Smartr365) can be viewed but not edited. You can duplicate them to create your own version.
If your firm uses Mailchimp, you can also connect it by entering your Mailchimp API key under Settings > Branding in the MailChimp Key field. Templates created in Mailchimp will then be available within Smartr365.
