Additional changes have been made to the Client portal to streamline the login and overall usage to ensure a better experience for your home buyers.
Removed the need to login again after the account is firstly created account.
Set the front page of the Client portal as ‘Dashboard’
Added a QR Code shortcut to the ‘Dashboard’ page which links to the login of the HomeBuyer mobile app
Resolved an issue where Clients were unable to upload documents to their Document Store when a Mortgage case was in Pre-Offer Processing status.
‘Credit History’ section will now be hidden if the Client has not been invited to the Credit History service.
