Homebuyer iOS & Android Apps Paused

We have paused the availability of our iOS and Android Homebuyer apps. This decision allows us to focus fully on strengthening the web based Homebuyer app and making sure the core journey is working reliably and smoothly for you and your clients.

Our priority is to ensure the end to end experience from invite through to fact find completion is fast, stable, and easy to use. By concentrating on one platform, we can move quicker, resolve issues more effectively, and deliver improvements that benefit all users.

Your clients can continue to access Homebuyer through their web browser on mobile, tablet, or desktop. The web app supports the full journey and will be the focus of ongoing enhancements in the near term.

Although the app is no longer available for new downloads, existing users can still access it. Please direct your clients to the web application for continued use.

Email Reply Handling Fixed in Adviser Portal
​We’ve fixed an issue affecting email conversations sent from within a case.

When advisers used Compose Email from the History tab inside a case, the client received the email, however, the reply to address was incorrect and advisers could not see the reply in the case History.

This is now fixed so that email threading and reply handling now work correctly.

Uinsure Document Pack Now Fully Added to Case

We have resolved an issue affecting Uinsure Home Insurance document handling within cases.

All expected Uinsure policy documents are now correctly added to the case document store when a quote is purchased and attached.
